Centrifugal compressor wheels, impellers, and diffusers precision-machined from Inconel and titanium alloys. Engineered for 96,000 rpm operation with tight clearance control.

Turbine Blades

Single-crystal and directionally-solidified turbine blades designed for sustained EGT of 724°C. Features precision cooling channels and thermal barrier coatings for extended TBO.

Combustion Chambers

Annular combustion liners and flame tubes manufactured to aerospace standards. Optimized for RP-3 jet fuel with integrated fuel atomizer assemblies.

Engine Assembly

Complete micro turbojet engine assembly, ground testing (42s cold start verified), and calibration. Performance verification with 40.1 kgf static thrust at sea level ISA conditions.
